About Pinnex Accounting

Pinnex Accounting is an accounting, tax and CFO services consultancy based in Greater Noida West, founded and led by Himshweta, a Chartered Accountant.

Himshweta spent fourteen years at a top-tier chartered accountancy firm before starting Pinnex Accounting, working across compliance, accounting and financial reporting for businesses of every size. She has also worked hands-on in Canada, which means overseas group reporting and the expectations of a foreign parent company are familiar ground rather than something to be looked up.

That combination is the reason this consultancy exists. Large firms do excellent work but rarely give a mid-size business partner-level attention. Smaller providers give attention but often lack the depth. Pinnex Accounting is built to offer both.

What we do — and what we don't

We handle recurring compliance, accounting and CFO-level reporting: GST, TDS, income tax, bookkeeping, payroll support, ROC filings, management reporting and advisory.

We do not carry out audits, and we do not issue certificates or attestations. Where your business needs one, we prepare the schedules and working papers and coordinate with the auditor you appoint. Being clear about that boundary is deliberate — you should always know exactly what you are getting.

What we believe

Good finance work is judgement plus a paper trail. The judgement decides the position; the paper trail lets you defend it years later. A provider that has only one of the two will eventually let a client down.

Pinnex AI is the software side of the Pinnex group. It builds AI-based accounting, compliance and practice management tools used by accounting teams and professional practices. The two businesses are run separately, with their own clients and their own teams.
